I know someone at a firm that tells me some of their large commercial clients are damn near demanding that they have more diversity or else they can't do business with them in the future.
So hire some unqualified tokens to frick up our future work or we can't be in business together.

So here's a thought: have those token diversity hires do all the work on the companies that are the most demanding about diversity.
