Any recommendations on things to do, must sees, etc? Is there anything we should not bother with? We'll be there 5 days, just me and the missus. TIA

Take the old town trolley tour. It is an easy way to learn some history and find places to return. Climb the lighthouse.

We are huge fans of San Sebastian's winery. Its a couple blocks down from St George Street so never as crowded. But sitting rooftop drinking sangria from a pitcher and eating some baked brie has become a family favorite.
Also second Caps on the Water.

Caps on the water is a must. I also like Salt Life food shack in St Aug beach. They have a bar there that overlooks the ocean, food is good too.
