I'm telling you I believe it's much more likely to have been a hack as opposed to some Supreme Court clerk on a fast track to whatever they want in the profession.
If it was a clerk or a justice, it will be known very quickly if we have a legit investigation.
Hard to believe this clerk could be so stupid as to think they could get away with something so discoverable.
But bad actors in our government? You really think hacking the computer systems of the USSC is a bridge too far for these criminals?
They undermined a President and fixed an election for God's sake.

Meh, smart people have done far dumber things.

You have a poor understanding of critical theory ideology the left is neck deep in. It’s not politics it’s literally their religion and they’re true believers. They would 100% sacrifice their career to leak this.

Another fairly obvious point is that this girl was about to lose her clerkship job anyway. Once Breyer "retires" then KBJ comes in with an entirely new staff of her own clerks. So this girl would not have been worried about a job security issues, though one would expect her to be worried about losing any law licenses she may have.
Even if she can't practice law ever again, you can bet she'll be picked up by corporate media.

Correct. Somebody posted this here yesterday. These loons think they can justify any action as fighting fascism.

Why? It's not like something will change the outcome and it's 30-60 days from being public anyway.
They didn't expose some secret that would have remained a secret.
To me this bears all the marks of a spook operation designed to make you look anywhere but at the spooks.

And let’s not forget about Alexander Vindman who fake leaked the Trump perfect phone call. Which he didn’t even hear himself.
1. Vindman wasn't the leaker.
2. He was on the phone call and heard it first hand.

I thought so at first too, but tech people dug into it and determined it was a hard copy scanned to a PDF that is not traceable.

She's part of the protected class. She knows nothing will happen to her.

It’s only discoverable if she was stupid enough to forward the doc to a private email - and they do an email investigation.
I doubt she’s that stupid. It could have been printed and carried out.
You also have to wonder if they will go so far as to pull firewall logs and see if it might have been uploaded.

It’s absolutely something that could change the outcome. This is a draft written by one judge. I’m sure these judges feel the pressure that MSM is exerting.
This girl has built her career on women retaining the right to abort their babies. The peak of her career would be taking action that led to stopping this decision from being rendered. If she were to somehow stop this, I doubt she’d care if she ever worked another day in law (although there are plenty of far left firms and organizations who would happily hire her).
She’s martyring herself.

The leaker is considered a hero by the left and would only increase her opportunities moving forward.

What sick is that we have people in these positions of power that we know for a fact will completely ignore the law if they feel they're "doing the right thing", and the right thing is a completely subjective take on whatever the issue may be.

spot on. The extreme and disingenuous rhetoric around "nazi's", "white nationalists", "right wing domestic terrorist", "racists", "fascists", and everything else isnt as lazy as many think. Framing your political enemies as demons that must be stopped at all costs make their weak-minded followers feel as though anything is justified in stopping them - no matter how unamerican. They've brought fog of war tactics to everyday issues. Things like spying on citizens, framing a duly elected president, propaganda, stealing an election, and so on...
