republicans are a bunch of frauds and weed should be legalized.

That said, no telling what kind of shite the Democrats loaded into the bill.....

Your point? Some politicians say dumb things? Wow, alert the media. Definitely only a republican issue.

I overall agree with you, but there are some R’s that would absolutely stop donating campaign money, etc. if they voted to decriminalize weed. Like 70 percent of the US populace favors marijuana legalization, but only like 40 percent of Republicans. Until that number is over 50 percent, we will see what we are seeing now happen.

My preacher said that it leads to ruin and I just don't understand how that should be legal if that's the case. We can't have people running around doing what they want or what makes them happy.

We need to tell them what is best for them. For their own good.

It would also expunge records of people with marijuana convictions, oh the horror

How can a federal law expunge records of state charges. What does it do or say about felony convictions that sold dope? How does it address selling it going forward? Maybe there was a deal breaker in there somewhere that Republicans couldn't live with? How is driving under the influence changed by decriminalization? Is there an accurate test for suspected impaired drivers like the BAC?

It is sad going to these blue states and seeing worthless stoners providing nothing to society.

The deadbeat losers in my town, where weed is legal, don't even smoke it. They prefer heroin, crack, and alcohol. If you don't believe it, you're welcome to visit. Those homeless looking people that are walking around looking like zombies are called heroin addicts, not potheads.

How am I moving the goal post? What’s in the bill other than decriminalizing marijuana and expunging records?

A lot of things. I'll let you read it yourself since you clearly haven't.

The alcohol and big pharma lobbyists will make sure this bill doesn't pass the Senate. The Senators don't care what the public wants as long as the big pharma money keeps flowing to them. Also, they own Biden and have for years.

What percentage of Republicans favor marijuana legalization? As opposed to society as a whole? Less or more? And also the bill is long because they all are, it is to decriminalize weed and expunge records, which do you oppose?

Im confused by this statement.

Is alcohol "good" for society?

No?

Should we outlaw it?

Weed has been proven to be an effective medicine and frankly much safer than consuming alcohol.

Its amazing the lack of knowledge on this subject.... its no different to me than the people screaming about masks.

Masks dont work.

Weed isnt bad.

Some people have been in jail for a long time for weed offenses. They have a need for reintegration services to adjust to living on the outside. This requires an appropriation.
