It has not been proven that this has anything to do with the Covid mRNA vaccine. There was no double blind triple lindy study to prove it.

What about the 15 players that quit during the Miami Open Tennis Tournament ???? Not a peep out of the media about this 'common occurrence' ?

I see these numbers posted and EVERYTIME pro-vaxxers come in and dispute the evidence. I know my kids will not touch that poison.

I'm sure I read a few months ago that they said cold weather was causing heart attacks

CDC may say "that's not a lot", but it's enough for me to know something is wrong with that shot.

I can't remember any other time in my life when athletes were dropping like flies in this way. There's no way it can just be a coincidence.

I agree that it seems high, but what are the pre-covid numbers?
The article doesn't provide this information.
Without a baseline, how can a determination be made as to whether the amount is abnormally high?

Wiki has a page regarding athlete deaths on field going back years. There was a sharp increase after the vaccines but the data for 2021 was only up to July or august at the time and was already breaking years worth of numbers. It’s probably much higher by the end of the year

Here are the odds over a two year period, but this includes all people, not just the normally healthy where the odds would be much longer.
Ages 0-4: 1 death out of 2,075,269 people.
Ages 5-14: 1 death out of 169,467 people.
Ages 0-17: 1 death out of 92,465 people.

It says in the video that the numbers are 500% up on the previous year.

Okay, I'm always going to take the conservatives' side on things. Just to get that out of the way.
But I'm tired of all the bullshite from everywhere. I know the left only plays the bullshite game because that's all they've got.
And I know we all have followed these young people collapsing. But I do believe that contracting covid and recover can cause these types of illnesses. It doesn't HAVE to be the vaccines. The actual Covid virus can damage the heart and cause these issues.
Vote me down to hell and back. Don't give a shite. Some of you guys are pretty smart, I know. I've read tons of insightful and knowledgeable posts on here. But you all suffer from the same political sickness as the crazies on the left sometimes...
I'm sure I'll get responses about propaganda and believing the lies anyway.
I'm sure I'll get a response saying that Johns Hopkins is in on the propaganda push to cover this all up. Does that idea sound stupid to you? It should.
And yeah, the vaccine CAN cause this too. That is possible, but unlikely if you ask me.

What are the possible heart issues after COVID-19?
COVID-19, the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, can damage heart muscle and affect heart function.
There are several reasons for this. The cells in the heart have angiotensin converting enzyme-2 (ACE-2) receptors where the coronavirus attaches before entering cells. Heart damage can also be due to high levels of inflammation circulating in the body. As the body’s immune system fights off the virus, the inflammatory process can damage some healthy tissues, including the heart.
Coronavirus infection also affects the inner surfaces of veins and arteries, which can cause blood vessel inflammation, damage to very small vessels and blood clots, all of which can compromise blood flow to the heart or other parts of the body. “Severe COVID-19 is a disease that affects endothelial cells, which form the lining of the blood vessels,” Post says.

Is a heart attack more likely after COVID-19?
That depends: Post says that “heart attack” has several different forms. A type 1 heart attack, caused by a blood clot blocking one of the heart’s arteries, is rare during or after COVID-19 infection.
“Type 2 heart attacks are more common with COVID-19,” she says. “This heart attack can be caused by increased stress on the heart, such as a fast heartbeat, low blood oxygen levels or anemia, because the heart muscle isn’t getting enough oxygen delivered in the blood in order do this extra work. We have seen this in people with acute coronavirus disease, but it is less common in those who have survived the illness.”
“Blood tests have shown that during COVID-19, some people have elevated levels of a substance called troponin in their blood, along with EKG changes and chest pain.” Elevated troponin levels are a sign of damaged heart tissue. Sometimes this is from a heart attack. This is less commonly seen after COVID-19.
“During acute COVID-19, elevated troponin levels with an abnormal EKG are linked to higher mortality, but not in patients with a normal EKG,” Post says.

Know what else happens all the time?
People getting a cold! So can we overreact when it's actually appropriate now?

Those are some weird age ranges..
Think you meant 15-17 on the last one, yeah?

That article and video are terrible. Does OAN always look and sound like people pretending to do the news? I like how the reporter asks questions to the audience and then doesn't answer them.
For the record: I am not commenting on the subject, just the awful reporting with 0 reference to source material.
