Thats a lot of money to live directly behind a noisy Metry-bra bar, caddy corner to Walgreens, and practically on Veterans Blvd.
Even if you're ok with living in a house that looks like it is from a japanese sci fi movie.

What a soulless house and backyard.
New construction - how difficult would it be to catacorner a small garden with some spiders, purple heart, sanservierias, or coleus along the back fence and a side?
Just too damn easy to create a nice green space.

Who told them to use the same tile for the floor and wall in master bath?

As an architect myself, the house is ok but 3 disadvantages in curb appeal or exterior wise:
1. Too much gray. I would have done mostly white with gray highlights such as garage door, window frames and decorative bands
2. Add color to that pale looking fence; cherry wood color and white of house would make a nice contrast
3. Add more shrubs or planters for the "home" effect
Cheers.

Was gray, black, and white the only color choices available?

I'd paint that thing to look like a Rubik's cube

Is that one of those shipping container houses?

This house was featured in a coffee table book on Metairie architecture.

That is the whitest interior I have ever seen. How about some neutral colors or pastels in a few rooms? Too stark for me. Plus, the ugly exterior.

These developers building spec homes are shite. I don’t know about this one but they majority of the ones I’ve been in have serious quality problems. I feel bad for people who buy them because they are new. The one down the street from me has no windows and the Sheetrock has been installed for about three months.
