You have continually lied in this thread and are giving bad advice and are denying simple facts about additives in protein supplements. Some people don't want all that shite in their body just like I don't want to inject some shite that some guy mixed up in his bathroom or kitchen sink in my body either but people do it anyway. That isn't healthy.

please point out one single lit i said in this fricking thread or any bad advice i have given!!!

you are full of shite and are pissed because you are being called out for your bullshite claims that you have no proof on.

None of these things are good for you:

carbonated water, caramel color, phosphoric acid, aspartame, potassium benzoate, natural flavors, potassium citrate (or sodium citrate), acesulfame potassium

Research tells us that few food and beverage items requiring that much processing could ever be objectively classified as healthy or good for you. We've got years and years worth of data on what processed foods, 'sodas', etc. do to you. They are poison. Look at the obesity rates. Look at the cancer rates. Look at American testosterone levels compared to other countries. What do we have in abundance that many of other places do not? What changed from 1960 to now in the American diet? When were preservatives, additives, etc. introduced in mass? For sure you aren't this stupid? This doesn't even take into account plastics - things like bottles, microwave dinner containers etc. What is causing all this?
