This post was intended to be facetious.

I am glade we have Desantis. A lot of these republican governors seem to be disappoints.

Ha! Pushed thru a gas tax, that she never mentioned while campaingning just a few months before. Locked down businesses until there was almost an uprising, then did a complete 180. She's a figure-head like Biden. Difference is, Republican bureaucrats are here handlers, instead of Democrats. I'm certain she has not had a single idea of her own, that she has promoted or pushed.

Ohio has had several (R) Governors in a row that were all huge disappoints when it came to things like, oh, our Bill of Rights and such. Seems pretty common the past couple decades nationally.

Memaw is a follower and not a leader.

Not a fan. The problem is that the other candidates are pretty bad too. Tim James was running ads talking about mask mandates when we don't even have mask mandates. Can't even remember the names of the others that are running. Very weak field.

Mee Maw leads this state like an old lady drives a car, slow and between the lines, ultimately to run a stop sign.
I want a governor that drives fast, hard, and can stop and change direction on a dime.

That count leads from the back. She had her sheeple wearing masks and businesses shut down until she absolutely had to do away with it because she wanted to see how others did first. Her lack of leadership during covid showed me all I needed to see about her “leadership”.

She also refuses to participate in debates.

No reason to participate when there's no competition.

Tim James has said he will repeal that gas tax. Plus he hates illegals. I’ll probably vote for him.

That might be a problem if we’ve issued bonds against the proceeds.
If Tim James couldn’t beat in a primary the cavalcade of baffoons (exception to Bob Riley) our state has offered up since he started making his runs for office at the turn of the century, then he isn’t beating Mee Mah.

Florida has a 5 star governor...we have a 3 star at best. Better than a leftist Dem though
