Is Cancun worth it?

Always wanted to go to Mexico, but I feel this is a drunk sausagefest with jersey shore bros loooking to fight.
I want to see ruins, swim, beach, partay, but are there better places ?

Find a place in playa del carmen closure to tulum, isla Mujeres or Holbox off the main areas. You will have a great time that is very cost friendly.

I would love to look at girls in bikinis and try as usual to get some, but i dont want to waste money( i dont have ) and im not trying to get tanked. would love a beer while near the ocean and see ruins, jungles, kayaking, seafood, etc.

There is (almost) always better and worth it is totally dependent on your budget and impossible for anyone else to answer.
That being said, there is plenty of fun, scenery, cuisine, activities and relaxation to be had there but the first thing I would do is stop worrying about other people.

We've done a few over a couple trips....Golf, day trip to Tulum, Xplor Park in Playa, Underground River tubing in Playa, Day trip to Isla (we've never wanted more than a day there) and we've done a snorkel, water day tour where we caught our own lobster and grilled them right on the boat

Where is a good mix of the babes in Cancun , but not really the dudes? Playa del carmen? hanks for the tips. I do want to swim in the ceynotes and the caves.

I would do Tulum , about a 2 hour drive from cancun

I'd say Roatan 100% of the time over Belize. Just no ruins.

What was your itenirary? Fly into Cancun and stay where ?
Did you book reservation and tours in advance? How did you use money ?
I'm very anxious and haven't traveled down south before . I have limited time off so I want to use this well
