Neighbors said they ran to try to help but there was little that could be done to save a woman who was carjacked and dragged to her death Monday afternoon in a New Orleans neighborhood.

An inner city dweller here in st.louis tried to car jack an unmarked cop car, when he pointed the gun at them, he realized they were cops, and he took off. They caught him and got the gun.
Loser DA refused to charge him, and he was let go.
Those who used to protect the inner cities are allowing the riff raff to continue to terrorize the inner cities.
