No. I think he is gone for one reason or another. I'd be shocked if LSU sticks with him given his poor coaching and recruiting violations.

Yes, what an awful coach, he’s only gotten us a 6 seed in the NCAA tournament. Given our history and resources, our expectations should be a top 4 seed every year.

Sarcasm? Are you kidding me? Nobody’s gonna fire a coach that has lead the sec in wins over the past 3 years combined. I’m not sure if he will still hold that record after this year , but he’s nowhere close to being on the hot seat for coaching. We’ve been a good team every single year that he’s been here , including the first year when the roster sucked and we still won a game in the nit tournament.

Hell , he wouldn’t even be close to getting fired if he was doing this exact same thing at a blue blood. He would probably be better at a blue blood anyway. I think this years team his his floor from now on based on the lack of skilled offensive players on this team. It’s crazy that we’re gonna be a 6 seed or 7 with this roster. We’ve got two or three players that would get minutes on a good team and that’s pretty much it. None of them can shoot unless it’s a wide open catch and shoot.

You’re fricking nuts if you think wades gonna get fired for coaching

Yes.

Those who think otherwise are not looking at the meat of the allegations, which is...."strong arse offer"....Nor are they looking at the timing/recirculation of the same story each year.

Nothing will happen, and each year as we continue into NIL we will hear the same story recirculated, but as time progresses it will lose its luster.

As that happens, the anti wade crew like Roger and others will grow quieter and quieter as wade continues his success.

I’ll go as far as to say that if you think he’s on the hot seat for coaching then you’re literally mentally retarded. It’s unreal to me that someone could have this opinion.

You’re either dumb as frick or trolling and I don’t normally respond to either so I’ll leave it alone now

Big difference between “ain’t leaving” and being fired relative to NOA problems.

He isn’t going anywhere especially for coaching. We’ve been the most consistent sec basketball program over wades tenure. It will take a lot more than the punishment that was handed out to the programs that were much more obviously guilty compared to us for wade to go for the allegations

If Wade is gone, so are most of the players.
He recruited them. They love him and from listening to Reid's Mom, he she has a lot of respect for him also.

Hard to say. His contract sets up in a way where they could just ride it out without much penalty, or they could just as easily fire him without anything on the books.

As it stands right now, my inclination is that they ride it out. Recruiting class is too strong and this ncaa thing will likely drag out another 18mo or so.

Just the way of the sport today, whether he comes back or not.

LSU isn't firing him after this year unless some new shite pops up. He's set up for a run next year, he will get that opportunity.
