There have multiple instances of tourists being shot and killed by the sniper so it’s not a targeted hit despite what the city wants people to believe. It’s also why the city is refusing to release any info to the public on these shootings.

I don't think anyone has been killed by a sniper. All have been ambush.

What are the calibers in these cases? What does the PD or DA think all these shootings are?
