Long covid is a hoax

I have seen that topic long covid pop up in several different areas this week.
its a hoax to draw attention away from post vaccine related maladies

I have had long covid for a year after getting covid a second time last January. I am finally getting my energy back like I had before.

Dang. I need to let my patients who have been in the ICU for 3-4 months with a tracheostomy and still on a ventilator that they’re a part of a hoax.

It took me months last Covid and was just getting back to myself in November then caught Omicron on January. My treating physicians said it was long covid, so i think i will just go with them rn. I didn’t even tell the neurologist I had previously had Covid(lol)

i had covid a couple weeks ago (relatively minor symptoms) but i feel like i'm not quite 100%.

I don't think it's a hoax
I do question whether 99% of long covid cases aren't just people who have a slow recovery from COVID. Anecdotal, but my physician said people are struggling to get over everything now - colds, etc. are lasting 2 weeks instead of 2-4 days - because everyone's immune systems are out of whack due to being locked down over the last 2 years.
Made sense to me.

So yeah not true. Got Covid, lived obviously, but now I'm having some issues with dry mouth and throat when I sleep. Not just a bit, but wake up 4 times a night gasping for water.
