Losing both baseball and basketball games is inexcusable

Losing to UK is understandable but LA Tech in baseball? The defense has no excuse. Jay had better fix it.

I agree but Jay had better fix the defense, this outing was terrible. 5 errors from a supposed CWS team isn’t acceptable

LA Tech is my second favorite Louisiana school, and the only other one I don’t mind, but you’re making it hard to not shite on them right now. National Championships in 2/3 major sports, 10 of them, and a richer basketball history than LA Tech could ever dream of. You truly wished you’d attended LSU didn’t you?

I don’t care that I attended Tech and not LSU. I would have been fine with either, but my major in nanotechnology steered me to LA tech.

They actually do. They’re ahead of 90% of schools in that field, or at least they were in 1995 when I enrolled. Learn before you speak. You’re making a fool of yourself.
I chose LA Tech over Ga Tech, Michigan and MIT in that field.

Got a link to back your bullshite? I see nothing even remotely mentioning LA fricking tech as one of the best nanotech schools. Didn't even make the list of top 450 nanotechnology schools in the country.

It's baseball. Sometimes you lose. The problem isn't that we lost, it's that we stunk up the place doing it. We obviously have offensive firepower. But if we don't have better pitching and defense, we won't get very far.

I agree, but 5 defensive errors in a game isn’t the trademark of an Omaha team.

One loss out of 56 games is acceptable. 10 losses out of 56 are acceptable. It was a rough night on the road in frigid weather conditions.
Lsu has four games this weekend at The Box. All games are winnable and LSU will probably win 3 out of four at the minimum !
The key is to learn who can deliver when we are playing games in May and June. Tonight’s game means nothing.
