I guess they decided to ignore the leaked US intelligence that said they doubted Ukraine could conduct a counteroffensive.

I think everyone was on board with an infrastructure bill that would actually fix you know...the infrastructure. Instead we had an infrastructure bill shoved down our throats that focused on EV tax credits, EV chargers, and social programs.

Yep. Him and his band of simps always spam over here when things aren't going well for Russia.
Like clockwork.

Yeah, except for Trumps 1.5t infrastructure proposal that was universally loved by his voters, but hated by leftists...
Lightweights need their memories refreshed.

You should be charged with treason.
Same goes for anyone else who openly supports Russia for any reason.

I support Russia because I want the US to stay out of bullshite like this. Ukraine winning would only ensure politicians keep manufacturing conflicts and laundering money all over the world. We have a million problems here, imagine if that effort was dedicated to fixing our crumbling infrastructure or crime in our cities.
shortsided
Ukraine winning, and the US and Western nations uniting and standing up to an aggressive russia shows the world that aggression will not stand... something that should have happened in 1939.....other nations (read China) are taking notice.
and a weak russia means a weaker Iran.....

Except by the USA, of course.
Maybe we shouldn't have forced Ukraine to give up nukes 30 years ago..

Hardly. Nice non-sequitur.
I am a war vet. OIF. I was in West Baghdad from May '03-March '04 so I do not take war lightly.

It started in 1991.

This is the first true statement you've made.
No, the roots for this were laid in 2014 when Russia annexed Crimea. But like someone else just said above, you're high if you think we are just gonna stand by and just let a sovereign nation be attacked unprovoked in an effort by Russia to reclaim the USSR.

I think one aspect that people aren't appreciating is that Biden has plunged Russia into chaos by laundering 5% of the total military budget through defense contractors, which are American jobs,to arm Ukraine to take down another nation state without a single soldier of ours being lost. At that price, it's got to be the most cost-effective military action ever to take out a global power of Russia's stature and to top it all off it's because of some shite they started not us

I think we can all agree real infrastructure spending would be supported by just about all around here. We can all also agree that the bs in the infrastructure of spending pushed by Biden is a waste. Where we will disagree is if any of that has anything to do with supporting Ukraine in the defense of their sovereignty. Spoiler alert- it doesn’t

Could there be a post that shows a worse knowledge of history than “ you sure seem to support proxy wars, which is communist as frick”. Say what you want about the evils of war but proxy wars are largely responsible for slowing and stopping the spread of communism and eventually its defeat. I’m not sure you could even call that post a 3rd grade level of historical knowledge. It’s completely counter to reality.

Yes. I understand the desire not to have money laundering… but if you’re worried about arms going to ukraine and not the trillion spent annually in our military budget alone, i just dont know what to tell you.
They could be laundering twice as much in the defense contracts domestically and it would be a rounding error.

I actually support this path. The next step is direct conflict with Russia and that means way more money and blood.

Yep, Vietnam, Korea... Proxy wars by communists.
Except the commies had big enough balls to put troops on the line.

I’m all about funding for improving our aging infrastructure. It is badly needed. What I have zero interest in is funding even a penny on the crazy left’s Green New Deal horseshite. It’s classic Democratic “rules for thee, not for me” mentality. They can look down their noses from their high horse and tell the average American they shouldn’t drive, fly or use gas stoves while they fly everywhere in their private aircraft.
