Can I sue Oschner for denying my pregnant wife access to her OBGYN over a mask?

I am beyond livid right now.

My wife is less than 2 months pregnant. We had our first appointment scheduled for Wednesday. Today she started bleeding slightly, called the doctor, and they wanted to see her immediately.

We got there just before closing time. They would not allow us back without a mask.

My wife conceded and put her mask on just so she could get back there (edit: she clarified that she did not ever actually wear her mask) I went and sat in the furthest corner of the waiting room WITH NO ONE ELSE IN THERE. And the Nazis came out there to tell me I had to put on a mask or leave. Same for my wife. They walked all the way across the room to get within 3 feet of me.

I lost my shite, to say the least. None of this is about our health. They don't give a rat's arse about our health or our baby. They only care about a paper mask strapped to your face for the sake of compliance.

Edited to add a few points of clarification:
- the bleeding was very little and my wife is doing fine. She called the doctor just to inquire and they acted like it was an emergency and wanted to see us right away, instead of waiting til Wednesday
- they actually called her back and told her that the PA had already left for the day and they could see her first thing Tuesday morning instead. Not 5 minutes later they called back again and said the doctor was sticking around and she could see us today if we got there by 4:20. We did.
- i DID NOT go in there looking for a fight or to prove a point.. Nor did she. She actually told me that they wouldnt say anything about a mask. She was wrong.
- I kindly declined the mask and we proceeded into the EMPTY waiting room. The receptionist didnt aay a word about a mask. After two minutes, the security guard followed us in there to harass me about the mask. I told her I had no interest in wearing a useless mask. My wife was not wearing one either. She threatened to go get someone else. Okay.
- my wife went to pee in a cup without a mask, and I went and sat in the corner of the room against a window, with no one else in sight except the receptionist 50 ft away
- thats when the Nazis came out and approached me all the way across the room. I kindly rejected it at first until they threatened to deny services to my wife. Thats when I lost it.
-my wife saw the majority of this interaction as she hd reentered the waiting room. It pissed her off as well. I said what I had to say then we left
- by the time we reached the truck, my wife was visibly upset so I actually conceded. Walked back in, grabbed a mask, strapped it on, And then they told us the doctor had already left. It was literally two minutes.
- we left pissed as hell and within an hour, we had a new doctor lined up, with an appointment


UPDATE: We got an appointment today with our new doctor (a day earlier than our original appointment.) Couldn't be happier. And I got to see my child for the first time and hear the heartbeat. What a surreal moment. Healthy as can be, along with my wife.
