It’s right there in the document you linked.

If people are permanently fricked up and the government goes out of their way to kill liability, the people’s ire switches from Pfizer to the government.
Other than talk radio, Joe Rogan, and Tucker Carlson, NO ONE is going to allow any of this to be told to the public.
They'll try to cancel Tucker and call him a nutjob.
And, the scumbag c*cksuckers KNEW that they would have the Mainstream Media running with their propaganda and that would allow them to get away with it.
This country would be COMPLETELY f*cking different if we had a REAL press with REAL journalist instead of 95% of the media being nothing more than braindead scum working on behalf of the Joseph Goebbels Memorial Propaganda Wing of the DNC.

Not specifically Bearcat90... They (the vaccine Nazis) don't want to hear it. The jab makes them feel safe despite the lie they live.

The marketing plan for any drug sold in the US includes estimates for litigation.

It’s right there in the document you linked.
So is this:
"Second, PREP Act immunity reaches “all claims for loss” under federal and state law. Loss is broadly
defined to mean “any type of loss,” including (i) death; (ii) physical, mental, or emotional injury, illness,
disability, or condition; (iii) fear of such injury, including medical monitoring costs; and (iv) loss of or
damage to property, including business interruption loss. This language seemingly includes, at a
minimum, most state law tort, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims arising from the
administration of covered countermeasures."
And this:
"If a claim is within the PREP Act’s scope, a covered person is generally immune from legal liability. The
“sole exception” to immunity is when a covered person proximately causes death or serious physical
injury to another person through willful misconduct. A serious physical injury must be life threatening,
permanently impair a body function, permanently damage a body structure, or require medical
intervention to avoid such permanent impairment or damage. Willful misconduct requires that the covered
person acted (i) intentionally to achieve a wrongful purpose; (ii) knowingly without legal or factual
justification; and (iii) in disregard of a known or obvious risk that is so great as to make it highly probable
that the harm will outweigh the benefit."
I'm not arguing for the government, just stating the case. The legal basis will say that the deaths from the jab were outweighed by "that the harm will outweigh the benefit"
And again, I think it's insidious the government did this. But I'll stand firm that Pfizer will never lose any lawsuits.

Let me ask this. Would that liability still stand if it could be proven they acted outside of good faith, i.e. knowingly marketed a product they knew would cause damage? Kind of like how there’s a narrow window - malicious prosecution - where judicial immunity no longer applies? Basically, is there a line that can be crossed to nullify the law you’re referencing ?
Yes. But the Federal Government would have to go after Pfizer first.
quote:
In addition to these procedural and substantive limitations, the PREP Act contains two statutory defenses to claims of willful misconduct.
First, program planners and qualified persons cannot be found to have engaged in willful misconduct if they “acted consistent with applicable directions, guidelines, or recommendations by the Secretary regarding the administration or use of a covered countermeasure,” and notify either the Secretary or a state or local health authority of the injury or death allegedly caused by the countermeasure within seven days.
Second, countermeasure manufacturers and distributors may rely on regulatory compliance as a complete defense to a willful misconduct allegation.
When the act or omission alleged to be willful misconduct is “subject to regulation” under the Public Health Service Act or the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (e.g., by FDA), an injured person cannot succeed on a willful misconduct claim unless the Secretary or the Attorney General has brought certain enforcement actions against the manufacturer or distributor that result in the imposition of particular penalties.

Right. I would tend to agree with you.
But it’s not that they can’t be sued. It’s that John Doe isn’t likely to win. That’s very different than your first statement.

Yep, you're correct. I didn't even realize I'd stated it that way.

All good.
Without the DOJ taking action (hard to conceive a scenario in which they would), Pfizer has defrauded its way to billions in ill-gotten gain.

Pfizer's done for. Bad guys lose. Good guys win
Oh wait, their net income was up 450% last quarter. Either way, I thought the Pfizer's Demise arc was a great addition to the ever-expanding War Room larp universe

And right now the government is running cover for Pfizer, right? It's the FDA that wanted 75 years to release the Pfizer data.

I had an OP last evening inviting the PT faithful to predict when the first class action lawsuits will be filed for Covid19 vaccine injuries. Did you make a prediction?
I’m predicting if America First patriots take power in the House the first class action lawsuits will happen sometime in 2023….probably before the fall of 2023…hopefully sooner.

But Dr Klarvin and Dr Lsupride87 said as well
Klarvin said the MRNA spike protein is not detectable in the human body just a week or two after the vaccine. Dr McCullough has cited autopsy reports of people who were in the first wave of Covid19 vaccinations and have since died that showed the MRNA spike protein was detectable in the brain tissue months after they were vaccinated.
