It's one of the most fundamental things to do in basketball. When your opponent shoots the ball, find the man who is closest to you (if you are in a zone d) and put your body between him and the goal. If you are playing man to man d, then go to your man and get between him and the goal as the ball is in the air. Most of the time when a shot goes up, LSU players just stare at the ball and run towards the rim. What a joke. This is straight up on WW. It's hard to watch when something so easy to teach and correct does not happen game after game.

There is always a fricktard who finds a reason to bitch and complain after a big win.

Congratulations you’re the winner.

Win or lose, our fans always find somethin Will Wade is deficient at coaching. Insufferable and insipid.

Answer the question. It's either "yes" he teaches them and they aren't listening or "no" and he sucks as a coach. If it's "yes" then he needs to address it more and maybe even take the player out of the game to discuss his flaws. The great teams do the fundamentals and don't just rely on their athleticism. We got some dumb players for sure.

Don’t question WW. Street ball over everything.

If you believe a college basketball coach doesn’t work on box outs you’re a moron.

He made a point to pull guys out after missing box outs. I think justice blew one late and pinson or days immediately came in for him. Fudge is a guy who usually gets pulled for missing box outs

At a certain point is on the players I know we hate to say that but unless the kids on the court are gonna have to box someone out and stop heaving down the court for no reason or throwing pass at each other's feet idk what else their is to do.

Hasn’t rebounding been one of wade’s teams strengths since he has been here?

What do you mean by “street ball” or did you just hear someone say that and are just repeating it cause you don’t know any better?

Or maybe when a team shoots a bunch of wild 3 point shots against a scrambling defense the missed sots will carom wildly sometimes and randomly land back in an opponent's hands.

Thank you for explaining the concept of blocking out to the board.

I was rewinding DIRECT tv as the game was going on. It didn't matter if it was a long 3 or a short range shot. Most of our players do not find a man to block out. They are brain dead.

The low level elementary questions some of you ask show exactly how low your basketball IQs are. And the best part is you don't even realize it

Derp do we teach our guys how to box out is duhrrrr. Lmao

Is calling our players brain dead a ban worthy offense?

It's a facetious question dude, because apparently WW is not a great teacher at blocking out or he can't get the point across to his players. Either way, it is on him to "make them" learn this easy arse fundamental part of the game.
