He didn't call him weak, he said he's a sniveling coward (which is true).
And its actual worse because of how strong Dwayne is. Like, if you're a 115lb 5'2" guy I can understand you being like that. But what's The Rock's excuse? Nothing, because he's just a pussy. No moral convictions. All he does is parrot approved points of view. He's an NPC.
