Not sure. I just cannot stand we banter about it. There is no doubt a double standard. It cannot be denied. Why are we making it worse is what I was saying. I just like to talk sports with all of you and plan to continue. We need to be better then this.

It’s not quite that simple but the fact is guys with similar and even lesser resumes have gotten jobs so it’s not just that they are not the “best” candidates.
Think this mentality no longer exists?
