Brining my 9 y/o daughter for a father/daughter trip to Disneyland and surrounding area. We’ll have 5 days to do stuff. Suggestions? Worth driving to San Diego for zoo or Sea World?

We took my daughter when she was 9. We went to San Diego for a few days, including the Zoo, but we had more than 5 days. With that amount of time, I'd probably stay in the greater L.A. area. Things we did in that area that she really enjoyed were Disneyland/ CA Adventure, Universal Studios (the Universal Express Unlimited Tickets were expensive but totally worth it), the Warner Brothers Studio Tour, an L.A. city tour, an overnight stay on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, and then the Malibu Pier, the Santa Monica Pier, the Venice Boardwalk, etc. Things we did that she wasn't really into were the Reagan Library (though she thought the plane was cool) and the Rancho Palos Verdes scenic drive.

The San Diego zoo is definitely worth it. The studio tours are a lot of fun.

Santa Monica Pier, the Venice Boardwalk,

Stay away from these 2 places now, especially with young kids.
