It doesn't go against it. It just narrows it. He's looking for a black female rubber stamp. I'm not sure that's any better than just looking for a black female.

Narrows it. That’s my point. Obviously his choice isn’t based SOLEY on the person being a black woman. It has to be a black woman who has certain beliefs/qualifications that he agrees with.
