There will be a buyout, he’ll sit on the coach or a tv studio for a year, McCarthy will fall on his face again next season, then Jerry Jones will get desperate and throw a lot of cash at Payton.

Guarantee the Saints go from committing the most penalties to top 5 in terms of least penalized team with him gone. League always had it out for him.
