When I was 5 in 1957. Miss Stake. Can't remember whether it was the same year as Billy Cannon's famous run against Ole Miss; saw that on TV at the home of one of my dad's friends (we didn't have TV). This friend was the one who took me to my first game. I remember at half-time he took out a pair of binoculars and said, "Would ya look at that--the Golden Girls!" Never heard such worship in any man's voice since.

Mississippi State in 2004. That game was hotter than Hell. I was a freshman and was able to get a cheap ticket from an upperclassman. I remember Saban throwing his headset and running on the field during a play. We were already up huge...

I sort of remember going to games, but honestly the first game I really remember it was during the Booty years.

I still remember listening to info about Hurricane Georges on the PA system in the stadium. We originally evacuated to BR but we beelined it to Memphis after the game

When Hurricane Georges came through Mobile, I played violin in a quartet in a wedding at a Church on Springhill Ave., then went to my soon-to-be sold house on Lloyd's Lane and removed a home security battery, and headed back to Pensacola. Listened to that game on WWL.

My first visit to Tiger Stadium was in the 1960s to see the dorm room (now storage or office) he lived in in the 1940s. He graduated in 1950.

Falling asleep in my grandmother's lap and falling to the floor as she jumped up to cheer a big play. This was during a game in the late 80s.

Your right! I was dating her in 1970. That was a long time ago.
