This is unbelievable. How can you argue a dude who murdered someone in cold blood in broad daylight in front of kids can be out on the streets in the same day and not be a danger to society?

This should be death penalty, and it shouldn’t take longer than a week or two. We know BEYOND ALL DOUBT who did it. Our justice system is a joke.
