re: How do you buy guitars?

I haven't had any transaction issues buying online, I just have had a couple of instruments that I got them and played them for a while and realized they just weren't for me. Had I had a chance to play them in person, I would have been able to figure that out.


I only have a guitar center in Mobile and they don't have much, so reverb is my main option. I've pretty much liked most of the guitars I've bought. I'm generally pretty careful to buy guitars that if I don't like, I can quickly flip them. I did buy a used Custom Shop Strat that didn't have the certification papers on it. I was super nervous about that one, but it's now my one of my favorites. I do wish I had a bigger variety of stores to shop from. I envy people that live in places like Nashville. They have to tons of great stores to buy gear.
