WBB #10 in Coaches top 25, first time since BF, before Fargas!

I can’t believe how good mulkey has them playing.

Nikki Caldwell was freakin terrible. She lucked into being able to play the opening weekend at home as a lower seed for awhile and made two sweet 16s only to get blasted both times

We should have been so much better all those years under her so glad that dead weight is gone

Mulkey is just a BAD arse. More than you, more than me, more than 99.9999 % of human beings. She's just a bad arse, case closed, no discussion, just sit back and enjoy watching the excellence. She is the teacher, we are the students, just listen and learn.

I just think her staff were pretty lazy recruiters in general. Even among top programs, you still got to put in the work to land good players. Being good opens the door, but you still have to work for them. I was appalled to learn of multiple top Louisiana recruits weren't even contacted under her tenure.

With all that said, this year showed how inept coaching was in certain areas. Nikki certainly could coach up a defense but the staggering difference in offensive efficiency across the board makes you wonder what the heck they were doing. Playing defense is great, but it makes no difference if you can't score.

A few facts On NF “support’ a t LSU, year one the last two home SEC games had over 10,000 each and average for year 4,500….yea no support there….just win and they will come, LSU baseball, softball, gym, football, basketball, beach volleyball for good sake had 2,500 vs UCLA two years ago…did not all fit in the complex….
