I think he said something like "Just like Train to Busan" or something along those lines. So who knows if he is relating it to the movie or if those events actually happened in that "universe"

That's what it seemed like. Train to Busan exists in their universe, they've seen it, and they have knowledge of what zombies are unlike most shows/tv

Dammit I was hoping this was the domestic version of The Sadness (Taiwanese movie with "zombies" that are like the infected from the Crossed graphic novel).
