Looking to buy a new 65" Living room tv from Costco. Anyone have opinion on reliability/quality between LG, Sony, and Samsung?

I have had Samsung in past and one in bedroom that have been good.

Have a Sony in living room now and have had no issues with it. Over 10 yrs old.

Have not had an LG before but their OLED C series has good reviews

Should I be narrowing selection based on brand, model, LED type?

Budget will likely be $1k-$1.5k

I’ve had all three of those brands several times over with no issues. I prefer Sony because I like the user interface, but not really a big deal.

Look at the TCL 6 series, they’re also very solid quality for the money.

We have done Sony and Samsung and considered LG on our last purchase but we have been very pleased with Hisense android TV's. The difference between the best and good is way closer than it use to be and the cost savings are huge.

Just may be bad luck on my part, but I have had two different LG TVs just stop working. One was nice enough to get repaired under warranty. It did it again more than one year from purchase, but under one year from repair. They would not do anything for me. Sony for me now.
