Arguments at 10am
Mandate officially goes into effect Sunday, so would imagine we will hear whether the stay is put in place by Saturday evening.

OSHA will write new regulations for all workers to wear a mask in order to pit the vaxed vs unvaxed. Vaxed will blame unvaxed for having to wear a mask.

I understand that but at the same time where did my freedom to chose go. We are both around 70, I am the younger. We are offered multiple vaccines yearly but not one is forced on anyone. Those vaccines cover the most severe of 'covid' illnesses. Covid has such a large umbrella.

Even if you are a vaccine enthusiast, things that have changed since OSHA mandate:
-Fully Vaccinated is gone, it’s now up to date. Define that.
