The Weatherby Vanguard Camilla is beautifully crafted rifle. My youngest daughter has one. With the stock angled away a little and a high comb it fits good. Her's is also in 7mm08. We spent about a year looking for a tradional wood stock rifle for her. As soon as she saw it online that was it. She had to wait another 6 months to get it in 7mm08. Her first scope was a really nice Trijicon 3x9. She missed a javelina at about 125yds. They are on the smallish side of game animals and we hunt out west so I got her and her sister some Nikon 4x12-40 on clearance. A 4x12 may make a 200yrd shot a little easier but is not really needed.
As far as ammo, I had about 10 boxes before the shortage started so I'm good. But have been checking differant stores and on line the past year or so and could have about another 20 boxes. Though they wouldnt all be the same brand or gr. Good luck in your search.
My vote is for the 7mm08.
