I took two Benadryl tablets and a glass of milk every four hours
I could lick a Benadryl and be knocked out for 4 hours. But if you're sick and miserable, there is nothing like that sweet, sweet Benadryl coma.
Congrats on the quick recovery!

To answer the question, Yes. I used them.
6'1" 220 Male - Unvaxxed 40's
I got it and I used:
1. Z Quil (Same active ingedient as Benedryl)
2. Lactoferrin (The active ingredient from whole milk the study points too)
Not sure if Omicron is week or the "medicine" helped but I felt fine the day after taking it. The ONLY lingering effects I had were:
1. Congestion above the neck
2. A little more tired than usual in afternoon/night
3. Bit of upset stomach in evenings. (Could have been from Lactoferrin)
Note: I took 1 dose of Z Quil and 100mg of Lactoferrin for about 4-5 days. Usually took lactoferrin in afternoon and Z Quil at bedtime.
All that said Ill use it the next time I have it.

The point being the guy was humble enough to hive his height and weight.
You attacked and called him “obese”.
You are either a soy that lives by a bmi calculator or a sofa warrior douche.
There was no need to attack the OP.

.. and rub some garlic under your armpits? Sounds like an old wives cure.

You can buy lactoferrin or colostrum capsules online. Amazon is backed up on some brands. But I was able to get a decent looking colostrum (lactoferrin and immunoglobulins) bottle w two day delivery.
I don't know what the dosage is for the combo but I know you can take a buttload of Benadryl safely (well, as long as you aren't trying to operate heavy machinery).

But my body fat percentage isn't as low as that guys. I'm around 16% these days.
16 is very low for a 40 year old. And 16% at 265. You would be jacked

2 pills every four hours is overkill
The directions on the box say two pills every 4 to 6 hours.

Seems interesting although I don’t really understand how the milk would get to your nasal passages where the virus is replicating. Ivermectin seems more promising.

I've been taking generic benadryl every night for sleep purposes for years. I also drink a lot of milk. I've never had any symptoms of COVID and have definitely been exposed to it on multiple occasions. I have no idea if the two things are related, but for those that want to get on a regimen, you can buy 600 pill of generic benadryl at Costco for about $5.
