What city has the best Downtown?

Of all the cities you've visited, big, small, and somewhere in between, which one has the best Downtown? Nightlife, restaurants, shops, concert venues, etc. Which one tops your personal list?

Its more right off of downtown(Strip District), but Pittsburgh is pretty hoppin'

New York- although there’s midtown, most of Manhattan is what I’d consider “downtown”
