Apparently I have been living under a rock for the past few years and finally bought one..... the few foods I have cooked have been awesome. Planning on cooking some wings this week. Whats some different items I can try besides bacon and chicken wings?

Great for roasting vegetables- toss in olive oil and your choice of seasoning. Brussels sprouts take about 20-25 minutes, broccoli 15-20, zucchini 20-25 minutes.
Of course, chicken strips/french fries are awesome.
ETA: There are several charts like this out there that help when you're just getting started.

Any guidance on leftovers that aren’t frozen? For example, fried seafood and hush puppies that are just fridge cold and not frozen? I’m afraid I go too long or too hot.

doesn't need long. I put our stuff in for literally one minute then just watch it every second thereafter. can get away from you quick just reheating stuff like that.

If you find prime sirloin or strip on sale at say, Sam's, cut into chunks then roll in a bag with olive oil and seasoning. Comes out like the meat chunk app Tunk's used to have. Pretty damn good. Do a similar think with quartered new potatoes to go with. maybe add some butter to the bag.
The salmon has been the best we have ever made. I love this thing.

Spaghetti squash in the air fryer is legit

Egg wash and season some pork chops. Toss/coat in panko bread crumps. 350 for 16 minutes (depending on how thick). Flip halfway thru. I usually check with meat thermometer to be sure they are cooked.

Do you cut in half with the meat side up?
My wife bought an air fryer on Black Friday. I never realized the potential. It's been quite a convenient item and we use it a good bit now.

For your wings, pat them dry. In a bowl, add red chili flakes and black pepper to a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Mix. Sprinkle this all over the wings. Air fry them and enjoy some bad arse wings.

Same here. Wife and I started a diet back in the fall, and she and my daughter were out shopping for Christmas presents one night and brought home a smaller air fryer. We've cooked several things in it, mostly veggies. Daughter loves cooking chicken nuggets in it. For some reason she doesn't like to use our oven. I think she touched the rack one time and it scared her off for a while. But she will get the air fryer out and cook in it.
One of our "diet" meals was a buffalo chicken dip but instead of chips it called for thinly sliced and air fried zucchini and squash as the chips. We cooked a chicken breast in there first, then made the dip. The chips you put in a bowl with olive oil, a little lemon juice, some rosemary, salt and pepper, and toss them all until lightly coated. 375 for about 10-12 mimnutes until the edges start to slightly turn brown. Take them out halfway and toss them around some. First time I sliced too thin and they burned a little on the edges, so next time I went slightly thicker and they were great.

We give onion rings about 4-5 minutes to reheat and crisp up. Large onion rings.
