couple of things
1) drink lots of water as many times it dehydration that is causing you to feel the need to eat
2) use zero calorie drinks to control sweet toothes
3) save most of your calories for the afternoon
4) priortize protein and heavier carbs like potatoes and sweet potaties that keep you satiated longer
5) go for a walk
