well frick me....had inbody scan done today, not good for sure. 24% body fat.

The damn thing read 217.8 this morning which would mean I've dropped 40lbs in 3 months 
Also, I went to my first ever chiropractor visit yesterday. Damn I feel great! I go back in 2 weeks then on consult every few months. I've got some stretches to do everyday.
