I am optimistic these new palaces are built to last, especially since they all have a roof. They can’t use the excuse of it being open-air and hard to book events year round.
Dallas, Atlanta, Minnesota, LA, Indy, Vegas, and even Detroit and Houston…none have any excuse to build a new facility anytime soon.
