How bad/OC melt

For arguments sake, let's say Cincinnati only manages 10 late points vs Gumps and gets beat by 30. (Not that far a stretch but we'll see.)
How bad will the melt here be when some of the boneheads suddenly realize that the architect of that less than awful offense - against our most hated rival whom we play every year - is going to be introduced as our new OC the next day?

First off, you don’t judge a coach based off one game (especially with less talent).

I'm saying if it did come to pass the way I described the chances of the posters who seemingly have to find negatives everywhere - and will shite on anything they perceive to be vulnerable - will pounce.
Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them read this and started a thread about it tomorrow saying he was "told" that there could be a good bit of unrest if Cincinnati doesn't score a lot of point vs the Bama defense!

You are obviously not one of the people who would shite on the hire since you recognize the skill level of the players matters a ton no matter who you are playing and what scheme you are trying to execute.

We in trouble if we are judging him on how he does against Bama. Only a handful have had success over the years.

Apples and oranges my friend apples and oranges. Talent level is the biggest factor in that game and next year. Can Bama get their defensive players more ready than Cincis is the only question. Bama has waaay more talent. It’s going to be a good game BC maybe Cinci has a better OC and DC.
