To anyone mad about Damone Opt Out

99.9% of us including myself were slandering that man after last season. We called him the worst player on our team and blamed him as a big part of our struggles
Now that he’s far improved and has millions of dollars lined up in front of him, the same people who hated on him when he was down are mad at him for opting out in order to guarantee those millions. Good choice by Damone imo. We don’t deserve that man.

I don’t disagree and he is looking at being a first rounder. The only beef is being an 18 but maybe we just need to stop the number tradition for a bit.

I don't blame him at all for opting out. He was a hell of a leader on the field. I hope he has a stellar NFL career.

The NCAA has allowed Collegiate Football to be turned into a feeder programs for rich NFL Owners. Rather than an opportunity for a young man to get a quality education at a great university.

I’m proud of the young man for sticking it out and giving his all for that team we love. The physical abilities were always there but the coaching changes and all affected his play at times. He will have a solid NFL career. Need more guys that will keep working and stick it out as opposed to those that jump ship after a year or two because they aren’t “happy”
