whats the best companies for triggers, lower parts, slides and upper parts?

I have glock internals on mine. The slide and barrel are from Brownells.

I recommend using a file instead of a drill press or router.
Using a file will take the same amount of time after getting the router/drill press set up ready to go.

glock oem parts are hard to come by atm, and you don't really know how it's gonna work until you put it together. might be flawless or might need some handfitting.

Let me guess. You also want to know which inspection place is ok with blacked out tint.

If I were to put one together, not saying I did, but aimsurplus and midwayusa had most of the parts I needed.

If you have a birthday code for midway their swenson slides get pretty cheap.
