Who's being retained is likely moot anyway... it will change year to year quite a bit. Just the way it is.

I have heard from multiple people that Urban will be joining the staff in some capacity. Not sure if on field position or shadow staff. SIAP

Last year an opposition coach had to tell O we kept running the same defense making you wonder what our shadow staff guys were doing.
