So occasionally concrete does not dry in time. You will blame DOTD? Worked in concrete for about 5 years. Are you going to call the private contractors or the concrete manufacture who delivered the faulty concrete incompetent?

Or how about they just let the drivers drive through soft concrete because you are a whiny bitch who can't handle obstacles.

Be a tough battle for most incompetent. But they are bad along with most LA gov offices.

Hwy 90 the other day outside of Raceland went down to one lane for construction. Perfect timing. In the middle of a weekday. I only sat in traffic for an hour to move like 5 miles. Solid decision making.
