Do Witchers age normally, or slowed down? First episode of season 2 was great.

In watching the Netflix anime it's states witchers age very slowly compared to humans they do get old but have much longer life spans.

Got ya, I guess I need to watch that.

About to check out and watch a couple of episodes. Thoughts so far?

I’ve watched 6 episodes so far and think it’s great.

About to finish the 4th episode and it’s been pretty solid.

You can hear Mikkelsen's Thrawn voice coming out in Stregobor.

Just watched the scene where they basically make fun of the season 1 critics ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

Time jump for different storylines? I definitely noticed it.

Not gonna lie. I’ll have to rewatch episode 2 to figure out WTF is going on with Yennifer and that elf stuff. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

I’m on that part right now. Bit of a mindfrick.

Storyline is more linear and cohesive than season 1. Very little nudity, but a lot more politics and world building. Much less humor in the first few episodes. There’s a lot less “monster of the week” feel this season as every scene and episode serves the narrative. This season is less a puzzle box but more of a step by step mystery to unravel clue by clue.
I actually enjoyed season 1 more, but this season is very enjoyable and dramatic. I could see someone who didn’t play the video games liking this season more than the first one if only due to the linear story.

Great drama. But I missed the more consistent humor. Geralt is less sarcastic and flippant and more determined and serious throughout. I didn’t see the ending coming. Perfect cliffhanger.

It wasn’t obvious how much the humor was lacking until around episode 4 when there’s suddenly a little more of it.

Perfect cliffhanger.
Normally not a fan of these, but this was by far the best cliffhanger I can remember. Overall, not as good as season one, but the end was worth it.

Im not reading up... but I just finished episode 6 and I came to post after Triss and Tissaia that I am not prepared for another cliff hanger. I guess it's inevitable. this statement makes me a bit less nervous.
Yenn better have some redemption from all this bamboozling and trickery shes pulling.

I just came here to say the fight scene against the fire fricker's goons in one of the later episodes was one of the best in the series.

The bump in monster budget was the first thing you notice
not that S1 wasn’t done well, just that S2 has some movie level effects
