Who do you guys have? Will someone like McLaren or Ferrari step up next year to challenge Mercedes and Red Bull next year? Does focusing so much on the 2021 campaign right till the end hurt Mercedes and Redbull in terms of 2022 car development, while other teams have been focused on next year's cars for a longer time? What are the chances we get back to the era of 2-3 teams consistently competing for race wins with the new regs?
And finally the big question - Will Masi be race director next year?

Mechanically, I think Merc and Aston Martin have the edge with the new regs.
I think drivers are steady state, with Hamilton at #1.

RBR may have too much on their plate taking over the Honda PU.
I wonder if someone will have a Braun double diffuser type breakthrough with the new refs. McLaren or Ferrari seem the only possible 2. The others are junior teams which would share, or defacto junior teams which would still be Sharing if they found something.

Merc didn't even spend their development token. Their focus has been on 2022. I am hoping Mclaren have the outside chance of surprising. Mclaren-Mercedes brings back great memories.
Masi has to go. Not just the last 6 races this year, but he had some downright dangerous decisions in 2020 (Tuscany).

Obviously it’s fun to speculate but it’s just all up in the air. I’m not sure there is anything that we can predict confidentially for next year other than knowing that Merc, RB, Ferrari, McLaren, AM, Alpine and Williams(my dark horse for next year) all have the resources to build a championship car. I can’t wait to see the different ways the teams interpret the regs and the cars they produce. It’s an exciting time to be an F1 fan. Next year is for anyone’s taking.

Anyone but LW.
We need some new blood in Form 1.

Bold prediction: Merc wins constructors again, however, Russel outperforms Hamilton.
Hoping for Maclaren and Ferrari resurgence.
