With his money, he could help our country. Instead of like soros/ zuckenburg, he could do the opposite, Make America Great Again.

He already is, with helping the economy. But if you mean bribe mayors and pay off D.A's , I guess, but he doesn't have the political network to go along with his money.

He is extremely close to Peter Thiel still and they have very similar political views. Musk really can't move money the same way because of his extreme fame and his position regarding SpaceX. Thiel is moving money though and is getting other VC's to start contributing.

He is helping our country. By making space travel affordable and creating a shite-ton of jobs in the Brownsville, TX area. And his Tesla plant in Fremont, California. And SpaceX HQ in Hawthorn, CA.

He helped my girlfriend's craft business. We got StarLink internet several months ago and no longer have to drive 45 mins into town to upload pics of her crafts for sale to the internet.
Before Starlink we and crap dial-up internet and zero cell service. Now we have both high speed internet and cell service. She can now upload pics in mere seconds using her cell phone. No one was ever going to invest in broadband out here in the sticks until Musk came along. Thank you Elon Musk
