Before anyone even tries to criticize this hire, let’s all take a step back for a second and accept the reality that no one on this board knows anything about S&C coaches and whos who and whos on wha type of career trajectory.

Looks good on paper. That’s about as detailed knowledge as you’re going to get on S&C coaches and if Kelly hires him, he obviously interviewed well and has a lot of good contacts that speaks highly of him.

pretty much all you can do. even if you know a ton about S&C its hard to know what a coach does is working or not as many times they get blamed for things out of thier control.
