Dude had Landry arms coming out of Mizzou. That's something, and I don't mean that sarcastically or flippantly.
Head trainer for a while at a Dallas gym/performance center.
This is an up and comer move, but a good one if I had to guess. The fact he's done it outside CFB as a private entity is a plus.

Before anyone even tries to criticize this hire, let’s all take a step back for a second and accept the reality that no one on this board knows anything about S&C coaches and whos who and whos on wha type of career trajectory.
Looks good on paper. That’s about as detailed knowledge as you’re going to get on S&C coaches and if Kelly hires him, he obviously interviewed well and has a lot of good contacts that speaks highly of him.

One of the best up and coming strength coaches in the country. Major Ties to the state of Texas and will be an instant impact on the relationship with the team.
