Limiting the number of units on the team that will be going through their 3rd position coach in as many seasons would be a good thing IMO. And some of these guys did a pretty good job considering they were essentially out on an island with no head coach.

The culture in the locker room needs to change. A hard reset. The coaches lead that effort. I wouldn't keep more than 2 maybe 3 at most for that reason alone.

I can see your point, but I can also see the reasonable side of starting over. The thing that concerns me is the ones who have solid recruiting connections. Those connections need to be maintained if they are really that important to keeping our best players coming here for years to come.
