It's ridiculous that someone could live in one state (Maryland) yet run for Congressional office for another state.
For more than a decade, California Senate hopeful Rep. Adam Schiff has claimed his primary residence is a 3,420 square foot home he owns in Maryland, according to a review of mortgage records.
CNN (yeah, I'm a bit surprised too)
This underscores my belief that members of Congress should be forced to live in Congressional dormitory-style housing while Congress is in session and not permitted to live anywhere else but the area they represent.

Ron Wyden lives in NYNY yet is an Oregon senator. It makes you wonder how may others follow that model.
