How to resolve the Senate dress code issue:

If someone would teach Fetterman how to tie at least a Half Windsor, he could wear a suit.

He bought a new suit to get sworn in. Is it really that hard to put it on again for Floor appearances. He should just leave the tie knotted, slip it over his head, and tighten it up.
